This program aims to help you set goals, rituals, and practices for self-care in six areas.

PHYSICAL • Doing things to improve or maintain your physical health.

SPIRITUAL • Doing things that nurture your soul and connect you with your religious beliefs and/or spirituality.

SOCIAL • Building and nurturing relationships with others.

EMOTIONAL • Acknowledging and processing emotions.

PRACTICAL • Doing what must be done to keep your life in order.

MENTAL • Stimulating your mind or building your intellect.

Week 1: Your GLOW Coach, Nicole Trailer, will share her proven formula for adding more self-care into your every day! You will set quarterly goals in each of the six areas and learn the Self-Care Sunday Journal Practice, which will guide you in planning time to help you achieve your self-care goals.

Week 2 -7: Each week, your GLOW Coach, Nicole Trailer, will dive deep into one area of self-care to ensure you know why it is necessary and new ways to implement it. You can share your triumphs and struggles and get feedback on reaching your self-care goals.

By the end of the seven weeks, you will have started to develop rituals and practices for your self-care, which will not only make you a happier and healthier person but also set you on a path of long-term self-improvement.
